The conditions for applying are as follows:

1– The contract period in one fiscal year should not exceed 11 months.

2– The applicant should not be an employee of the state’s administrative apparatus.

3– Age does not exceed 40 years.

4– Intermediate qualification or above.

5– Outsourcing contract.
