In recent times, sales of 7-seat SUVs have shown signs of decline. Therefore, from the first quarter of this year, some dealers have applied incentives from VND 100 million to VND 160 million to customers when buying Hyundai Santa Fe. In the second quarter, Santa Fe continues to carry out promotional programs up to nearly 200 million VND.
According to a survey at some dealers in Hanoi, the SUV is reduced by 180 million VND and comes with a genuine accessory package. However, the salesperson said that the number of preferential cars will be limited, because this is the 2022 version.
Hyundai’s SUV model is offered in the Vietnamese market with 6 versions (petrol engine and diesel engine), priced from 1,055 billion VND to 1,375 billion VND.
Mazda CX-8
Thaco is implementing a promotional campaign for some models from Mazda, including the 7-seat SUV CX-8. This program was implemented starting last month.
Specifically, the price of CX-8 Luxury and Premium will be reduced by about 95 million VND. This makes their prices only VND 984 million and VND 1,074 billion, respectively. In addition, customers who choose to buy Premium AWD or Premium AWD 6S variants in May will also receive a discount of about VND 100-110 million.
Ford Everest
Last year, Everest’s “peanuts” were always sky-high due to interruptions in production. However, since the beginning of this year, the price of Ford Everest has dropped significantly because of abundant supply. Notably, the discount program applies not only to Everest 2022 but also to cars manufactured this year.
First, the Ford Everest Titanium + 2.0L AT 4X4 model produced in 2022 is currently selling for about 70 million VND lower than the list price. Along with that, customers who buy a car will enjoy an additional body insurance support package. At the same time, other versions of the car are also discounted by 60-80 million VND.
For cars with VIN 2023, they will receive a discount of 30-50 million VND depending on the selected version, along with a gift package of genuine accessories. However, this discount is only applied at some agents.
Isuzu Mu-X
Currently, Isuzu Mu-X is being applied by many stores with great incentives to liquidate inventory cars in 2022. Therefore, they are discounted from 50-80 million VND. An Isuzu dealer in Hanoi said that the Mu-X MT B7 version is currently discounted by VND 50 million. Along with that, customers who own the SUV model at the moment will be offered with floor mats and genuine accessory packages.
Thanks to that, the car price dropped to 850 million VND (listed price 900 million VND). Isuzu mu-X currently retains the same 1.9-liter turbocharged diesel engine, which meets Euro 5 emissions standards. This powertrain produces 150 horsepower, 350 Nm of torque, and comes with a manual transmission or a box. 6 speed automatic.
Toyota Fortuner
Currently, Toyota Fortuner is being supported 100% of the registration fee with a reduced value of up to about 100-125 million VND for the production version in 2022.
Specifically, the automatic transmission diesel variant has a reduction of VND 100 million, helping the car price to be only VND 1,018 billion. Along with that, the Legender variant is also receiving the highest incentive up to VND 125 million. In addition, customers who order a Toyota Fortuner during this time will receive a genuine accessory package worth VND 30 million.
The 7-seater SUV model from Toyota is distributed in a total of 7 versions, with listed prices respectively from VND 1,026 billion to VND 1,470 billion.
