My coaching aims to make working life easier. Each request is highly individual. Therefore, the number of sessions and the choice of the appropriate methods vary, and after each session we check whether and what is still needed. Proven The following procedure has developed, which can serve as a guideline for various concerns:
Nr. 1: initial consultation: Here we clarify the concern or your field of study, possible causes, the goal and agree on the performance mandate; what has been learned can be immediately integrated into everyday working life
Nr. 2: Resource mind map: We strengthen the resources and look at your strategies; often that is enough for the request
Nr. 3: Kernintervention: Specific methods depending on the concern for better habits, thoughts and feelings
No. 4: Beliefs, life scripts etc.: We change beliefs and role models and replace them with more useful ones; you also learn to understand and forgive your life story
Nr. 5: Integration into everyday life: New behavior must be well practiced and integrated into everyday life. I show how. This integration session is perhaps the most important session in the whole change process
Nr. 6: refresher session after a few months, where we repeat, supplement, optimize; Many clients report that a refresher session is very beneficial and helpful to the process.
