26 countries took part in the final: Estonia, Lithuania, Austria, Portugal, Switzerland, Poland, Serbia, France, Cyprus, Spain, Sweden, Albania, Italy, Finland, Czech Republic, Australia, Belgium, Armenia, Moldova, Ukraine, Norway, Germany, Israel , Slovenia, Croatia and Great Britain.
In the Eurovision final in 2022, the representatives of Ukraine “Kalush Orchestra” won with the song “Stefania”, however, the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) decided to entrust the organization of the 2023 contest on behalf of Ukraine to Great Britain.
