“PT Ikeda Responds to Staycation Controversy, Clarifies Employee’s Status”

PT Ikeda’s attorney, Ruddy Budhi Gunawan, revealed that the Ikeda company is a company engaged in outsourcing services. In fact, he said, Alfi Damayanti (AD) was one of Ikeda’s workers who were distributed to Ikeda’s partner companies.

“AD has been working since November 2022. Meanwhile, the company boss who allegedly invited AD for a Staycation on the grounds of a contract extension, namely with the initials H, not B, is an outsourcing manager who has worked since 2020,” explained Ruddy.
