The Labor Disputes Court vindicated today the four close associates of the former President of the Republic Nikos Anastasiadis who claimed their permanent employment in the State with the status of indefinite period.
It is recalled that in 2022 the annual state budget was amended, following a proposal by AKEL Member of Parliament Irini Charalambidou, where the indefinite-term status of the four associates was removed.
With today’s decision of the court, the four remain in the public sector with indefinite status.
The four filed an application at the Labor Disputes Court, arguing for illegal and unconstitutional termination of their employment in the State, with the court ruling in their favor.
