The sheikh said during a tweet that he posted on his Twitter account: “I am fine, praise be to God. Thank you, Marine Major Badr bin Ibrahim Khalaf Al-Waqdani, who appeared in the video as he was speeding towards me, saving my head from the impact.”
And he continued, “Some do not know what is going on behind the scenes.. Colleague Khalil Al-Sa’idi, the announcer in the eighth briefing, I was my companion behind the screen in covering the reception of His Majesty’s ships, and I was with you from the field observing the reality, so thank you and all colleagues, and with the chaos of events and the Kingdom’s role towards its citizens in Sudan and its people.” Al-Ekhbariya had exclusive scenes in the field, broadcasting the event around the clock.
