Libreville, Friday, May 12, 2023 (Infos Gabon) – The Gabonese Institute of Directors inaugurated a few days ago has the mission of training and boosting the performance of the latter.
With a view to strengthening the capacities of its members, the Federation of Gabonese Enterprises (FEG) has just created the Gabonese Institute of Administrators (IGA). This training center was recently inaugurated by Henri Claude Oyima, president of the said federation. The new structure aims not only to strengthen the skills of the governance bodies responsible for implementing the company’s strategy, but also to ensure sustainable governance and performance for Gabonese companies.
People who should benefit from this program are required to complete a membership form and pay an annual fee of 1,000,000 FCFA. A sum that entitles them to a website, a network of administrators and training. This certificate may allow its holder to be a candidate for directorships. The brilliance of this launching ceremony was enhanced by the presence of Bakari Traoré, vice-president of the National Institute of Administrations of Côte d’Ivoire, and Etienne Nsie, associate professor in private law of the University Omar Bongo (UOB), who led training sessions on occasion.
