Lilli Bendriss (76) has over the years become a well-known and beloved profile on Norwegian television. She really became famous when she took part in the program “The Power of the Spirits”. Later, she has been seen in, among other things, “Ghost Hunters”.
Explains this
During Viaplay’s premiere party for the reality series “Halvor’s adventurous world”, Bendriss was a self-described guest. She is good friends with Halvor Bakke (52), who the series is about, and told Se og Hør that she had high expectations for the programme.
She explained that the friend goes wholeheartedly into everything he does, and thinks the program will be a good insight into his life.

When asked if Bendriss herself could imagine letting the cameras so close, she was doubtful.
– There you are asking about something that is a little difficult. I’m very private, really, and that would have been very frightening. But maybe.
The holiday paradise became the scene of nightmares
– What would you have seen?
– They had seen this Westland girl. My heritage, my values, what I stand for. There’s no getting past the fact that I’ve gotten a reputation as the mysterious lady or the witch of the realm, and then the other side is the diva, right? So I would take them to the west country, and talk about my childhood, sorrows, ups and downs.
– Sad
It is clear that the west country means a lot to the 76-year-old from Hareid. She said that over the years she has gotten more and more in touch with that part of herself.
– Very vulnerable time
– When I came to Oslo I lost the dialect, but now I bring it up more often. When I talk to my sister, I switch over automatically. It’s sad in a way, I’ve gotten old enough that I look back on life and think: “Yes, this was your life Lilli, it turned out the way you wanted”, and in many ways it’s turned out to be much more than I thought .
– It sparkles
Bendriss said that she is private. Nevertheless, she gives her followers on Instagram an insight into her everyday life now and then – where several noticed that she has recently been on holiday.
– How is love going?
– No, you know what, I don’t really know how to answer that. I’ve been in Spain for a week with someone I’ve been back and forth with for many years, but then we’re no longer lovers. But we are a bit like magnets that are drawn to each other, she admitted, referring to ex-boyfriend Shad Tabine (48).
Exposed to abuse in adulthood
– What makes you drawn to him?
– I think we are very much soul mates. He is much younger than me, we are terribly different and we live different lives. But it sparkles, you know. I have a lot of fun with him. He is full of good humor, and I become very young together with him, Bendriss concluded.
