The center of expertise in contract management (PEX) of the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MAMH) recently published three information sheets on the process of payment and acceptance of work, including progressive breakdowns. These are available on the PEX websiteunder the Phase 3 – Manage Contract Execution tab:
These sheets are intended to help municipal bodies agree on a payment process with their co-contractors according to the progress of the work.
