“Pakistani National Executed in Jeddah for Murder: Ministry of Interior Issues Statement”

Al-Marsad Newspaper – SPA: Today, the Ministry of the Interior issued a statement regarding the implementation of the death penalty for one of the offenders in Jeddah Governorate, as follows:

God Almighty said (The recompense of those who wage war against God and His Messenger and strive to spread corruption in the land is only that they be killed, or crucified, or their hands cut off, or expel them from the strife, or exile them from the land; that is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a grievous chastisement).

Osman Ali Muhammad Shabeer, a Pakistani national, killed Romero Yunaris Rusti, a Filipino, by striking him on the face and strangling him, which led to his death and his robbing after that.

By the grace of God, the security authorities were able to arrest the aforementioned perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in an accusation against him of committing his crime, and by referring him to the competent court, an instrument was issued proving what was attributed to him, and a ruling was issued to establish the punishment of haraba against him, and that this be by killing him, and the ruling was upheld by the Court of Appeal and the Court Supreme, and a royal order was issued to enforce what was decided by Sharia and supported by its reference.

The death sentence was executed by the perpetrator / Osman Ali Muhammad Shabeer – Pakistani nationality – today, Thursday, 10/21/1444 AH, corresponding to 5/11/2023 AD, in Jeddah Governorate, Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region.

And the Ministry of the Interior, announcing this to confirm the keenness of the Kingdom’s government to establish security, achieve justice, and implement God’s rulings for everyone who transgresses the innocent or spills their blood, and at the same time warns everyone who tempts himself to do so that the Sharia punishment will be his fate.
