Jakarta –
Bripka DM who was raided to marry someone’s wife at a hotel in Kota Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi (Southeast Sulawesi), threatened with severe sanctions. The member of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police is threatened with dishonorable discharge (PTDH) from the Police.
“The main thing is PTDH’s (Bripka DM) code of ethics is the toughest sanction,” said the Head of Public Relations of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police, Kombes Ferry Walintukan, as reported by Antara. detikSulselWednesday (10/5/2023).
Ferry emphasized that even though Bripka DM later received an appropriate and defended decision, he would still receive other administrative sanctions from the Police.
“Because (the case sentence) is still appropriate or inappropriate at the National Police. But if he is deemed appropriate he will also be subject to another administration,” he said.
At present the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police will wait for the results of the determination of Bripka DM’s actions during the ethics trial later. Ferry said that all decisions depended on the supervisor who gave the punishment (ankum).
“Depending on the ankum, there are usually considerations. I’m not the arrogant one. If the code of ethics is PTDH’s heaviest, the lightest one is still considered appropriate, so you can demotion, it depends on the ancum,” he said.
