Benfica SAD Increases Bond Loan to 50 Million Euros with 5.75% Interest Rate

Benfica SAD communicated to the CMVM that it had increased the amount of the «Benfica SAD 2023-2026» bond loan from 40 to 50 million euros, launching another 2 million bonds on the market, for a total of 10 million with a nominal unit value of 5 euros.

Remember that the incarnated company could increase the value of the bond loan until this Wednesday, May 10th, with the offer period ending next Friday, the 12th.

This bond loan, which will be used to repay the bond loan for the period between 2020 and 2023 (also of 50 million euros), has a gross fixed interest rate of 5.75 percent per annum, which means that global revenue Benfica’s SAD net income will be around 48.2 million euros.

It should be noted that Benfica’s SAD currently has three active bond loans: one issued in 2020 (4 percent rate), another in 2021 (4 percent) and a more recent one issued in 2022, with a fixed interest rate. gross of 4.6 percent, which mature, respectively, in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
