At least one person has died in the protests in Pakistan after the arrest of former Prime Minister Ihram Khan in the city of Quetta. Five people were also injured. According to the authorities, the fatal victim is a supporter of Khan and several officers are among the injured.
Fighting broke out between supporters of the former prime minister and the police outside the court from which Khan was removed earlier today. Demonstrators also stormed military buildings, such as the building of a regional commander. Demonstrators destroyed the building inside.
