“Cisson High School breaks participation records for solidarity cross to raise awareness for disabilities and recycling”

“Piloted by Flore Dufourcq and our team of PE teachers Muriel Bracq-Genthon, Pascal Denis, Thibault Rouillé, accompanied by other teachers, this sixth edition broke participation records. The objective of this solidarity cross is to raise awareness among high school students with disabilities and recycling. Our students mobilized to recover plastic caps. Those in the bodywork specialty organized a vehicle cleaning operation, the proceeds of which were redistributed to the Handibou association”, presents Principal Myriam Bobet.

“Your action and your steps will contribute to acquiring a wheelchair for a disabled Var resident”, congratulates Pascal Veillet, the president of Handibou. Around Professor Stéphane Courty, students set up the system of chips on each bib of the runners to prioritize the rankings at the finish of the five or ten laps of the one-kilometre course.

Pierre Mignoni confessed: “Cisson is a very good school. I keep very good memories of my past four years during which I did my best with a lot of desire. Today, I find my teachers Pierre François, Jean-Michel Gras and Christelle Lamoret”.

Emotion sequence. English teacher Christelle Lamoret, moved, shaking hands with the manager for a long time: “I’ve wanted to see you for years. I’m very proud of what you’ve become.”

Addressing all the high school teachers, “Pierrot” concludes: “I will come to see you again at the school in order to organize discussions with the students. And then the RCT club aims to organize bridges with the high school to organize the daily lives of young rugby players.
