“Police car runs off road in Visvliet due to officer’s coughing fit”

VISVLIET – A police car ran off the road on the Stationsweg near Visvliet on Monday afternoon. According to a neighbor, the officer had a coughing fit. The police car was on its way to a report.

The officer was not injured and escaped unhurt. The officer did not dare to move the car himself because it was a narrow dam.

A salvage company eventually arrived on the scene and put the car back on the road. In view of the damage, the car was taken away by the recovery company.
