Dr. Manar Ghanem, a member of the Media Center of the Meteorological Authority, revealed details of the weather and the most important weather phenomena expected during the next three days, in most parts of the Republic.
Manar said in televised statements, today, Sunday, that the country is witnessing a continuation of moderate weather, from today until next Tuesday, with the continuation of wind activity, especially during the evening and night hours.
A member of the media center at the Meteorological Authority added that starting next Wednesday, temperatures will rise again slightly in most parts.
And Manar Ghanem continued: The country will witness during the coming days, especially during the night and early morning periods, a decrease in temperatures, so we do not recommend wearing summer clothes at these two times specifically.
A member of the media center at the Meteorological Authority advised citizens of the need to wear spring clothes to avoid colds, and to take a “jacket” to wear when going out during the night and early morning periods.
The satellites had monitored wind activity on areas of the northwestern coasts, northern Lower Egypt, southern Sinai, and the Red Sea mountain ranges, and sometimes active in the areas of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northeastern coasts, central Sinai, and northern Upper Egypt, at intermittent intervals.
The wind speed on the northwest coast ranges between 24 and 30 km/h, and in Lower Egypt, Cairo and the rest of the coast it ranges between 15 to 22 km/h, and the north and central regions of Upper Egypt, the wind speed ranges between 16 to 23 km/h, while the rest of the southern Upper Egypt regions about 18 km/h.
