Talia Oatway, the ex-girlfriend of Aaron Chalmers, has shared the first photos of their son Oakley, who was born with a rare genetic syndrome called Apert Syndrome. This heartbreaking condition causes premature fusion of sutures in the skull, as well as fusion of the bones in the hands and feet, and cleft of the hard palate. Since his birth, Oakley has required medical treatment and surgery regularly, and his mother, Talia, has been with him every step of the way. Despite the challenging situation, Talia praised her son’s bravery and determination, calling him a “little soldier.” Oakley’s diagnosis has been a difficult journey, but Talia hopes that sharing their story will raise awareness and provide support to other families facing medical challenges.
