Oppo Manufacturing Indonesia assembles class flagship devices with new high-tech machines

Liputan6.com, Tangerang – With increased capabilities, Oppo Manufacturing Indonesia is now the only factory in the country capable of assembling class devices flagshipnamely Oppo Find N2 Flip.

Unmitigated, the factory, which is located in the Tangerang City area, Banten Province, has brought in new, high-tech machines specifically for the folding screen cellphone production line.

According to Oppo Indonesia PR Manager Aryo Meidianto A, the presence of this new machine requires a very large investment, both in terms of finance and channeling knowledge and use of technology to selected engineers.

“This is a form of our commitment and seriousness in presenting this device flagship for consumers in the country,” said Aryo during a visit to Oppo Manufacturing Indonesia in Banten, Thursday (4/5/2023).

Previously, device flagship can be marketed in Indonesia with the help of TKDN (Domestic Component Level) software. However, since April 2023, the Oppo factory has increased its ability to be able to produce premium class devices domestically in accordance with new government regulations.

In working on the Oppo Find N2 Flip device, there are several new machines that are rarely used in assembling other cellphones. The new machine consists of engines humidity special and anti-scratch mounting machine. Both are included in one production line in one room.

Machine humidity this is used to ensure that no dust gets into the device’s components, including the camera lens. The lens assembled for this folding phone no longer uses a camera module, so the assembly is done in a special sterile room to minimize dirt or other particles gathering in one area.

Meanwhile, Degassing Machine is a tool that serves to remove air bubbles after installation screen protector Oppo Find N2 Flip, especially on the curved part of the screen.

“By applying hot vapor pressure, the anti-scratch on this folding screen smartphone can be sure to stick tightly and cannot be opened with bare hands, thus providing extra protection for the screen,” said Rafqi Ramadan, Head of New Product Introduction for Find N2 Flip.

As the first folding screen cellphone produced at this factory, Oppo Indonesia focuses on screen protection. Therefore, users are advised to come directly to the Oppo Service Center for anti-scratch replacement.
