In connection with instruction No. SHFDS/FSSI/2023/15 of January 30, 2023 relating to the obligation to carry out cyber-security crisis exercises in healthcare establishments and their funding, ARS Nouvelle Aquitaine is launching a call for expression of interest (AMI) to financially support the realization of these exercises within the health establishments of the region.
Pending the finalization in the next few days of the administrative and technical formalities for the creation of this AMI, we would like to bring to your attention by this message the terms and conditions of eligibility that will be applied in New Aquitaine for this system, so that you can anticipate and plan as soon as possible the performance of these exercises within the establishments for which all the service providers on the market will be in high demand.
Eligibility conditions:
- Funding will concern all health establishments in the region (public and private; all categories of activity: MCO, Psy, HAD, etc.) which have carried out a crisis exercise with an external service provider (paid service) using one of the three kits ANS crisis drill (beginner / intermediate / advanced)
- The exercise must be carried out between May 1, 2022 and October 31, 2023.
The financial envelope will be used taking into account the date of submission of the complete application (with all the expected documents).
The ARS will support all compliant applications submitted, in the order in which they are filed and until the total consumption of the envelope available in New Aquitaine (€980,000).
If the envelope is completely consumed before the end of October, the ARS will put an end to the device and a communication will be made with all the establishments of the region.
If the same establishment has carried out several crisis exercises during the period concerned (from 01/05/2022 to 31/10/2023), it may submit two separate grant applications and obtain a maximum of twice the grant.
