BARCELONA, 4 (EUROPA PRESS)
Vueling has registered an increase in the demand for flights to London between May 1 and 7, coinciding with the coronation of King Carlos III, it explained in a statement on Thursday.
The most notable increases have been on the Rome Fiumicino-London Gatwick routes, with 27% more, and Florence-London Gatwick, with 20% more.
Vueling’s commercial, strategy and route planning director, Carolyn Prowse, explained that it is “the largest non-British airline connecting the United Kingdom with Spain” and the second airline in London Gatwick connections with Spain.
