On the ground, what does it look like?

N°1 in financing for individuals in France and Europe, through its consumer credit activities, BNP Paribas Personal Finance is the financial partner of its customers throughout their lives. Better known in France under its commercial brands Cetelem and Cofinoga, the company has completed its offer with insurance, provident and savings products.

You will join a Customer Relations Center near the Part-Dieu station, where you will have the opportunity to be in direct contact with your future customers, by telephone and email.

Anxious to maintain the commercial relationship with your customers, you will intervene with them from their first unpaid. You will carry out a complete analysis of their financial situation in order to negotiate an amicable, adequate and lasting regularization solution.

For this, you will be part of a team of ten employees, led by a local manager, in which you will take up the challenges offered with enthusiasm!

This is an important subject, which will of course be discussed if it matches between us! We will know how to value your training and your commercial experience in your fixed remuneration, to which a variable will be added.

This position will allow you to understand customer issues, to highlight your commercial dynamism and your sense of results. You will also develop credit expertise.

You do not yet know the world of credit and you are still hesitating?
Accompanied throughout your integration process for 2 to 3 weeks, you will quickly master our financial products, our tools, our sense of customer service, by being an actor in our Responsible Credit.
Regular briefings with your manager and the sharing of best practices with your team will allow you to optimize your skills development.

Coming from a Bac +2 to Bac +4 training, you have already demonstrated your commercial skills during a first experience of at least 6 months (internships and work-study programs included).

If you have a bachelor’s degree, and you have a minimum of 2 years of successful commercial experience, you are also the ideal candidate for this position!

With good oral and written communication as well as a strong analytical capacity, your objective is to meet challenges while guaranteeing the satisfaction of your customers. You are recognized for your ability to adapt and you like teamwork, so join us!
