Kevin Costner and wife Christine Baumgartner to divorce after nearly 19 years

Kevin Costner, the Oscar and Emmy-winning star of TV’s Yellowstone and films such as Dances With Wolves, The Bodyguard, and Bull Durham, is announcing his divorce from his wife of almost 19 years, Christine Baumgartner. According to Costner’s publicist, Arnold Robinson, the actor is having to participate in the dissolution of marriage due to circumstances beyond his control. Costner and Baumgartner, a model and handbag designer, started dating in 1998 and got married at his Colorado ranch in 2004. The couple shares three children together, a 14-year-old son, a 15-year-old son, and a 12-year-old daughter. This is Costner’s second marriage, and he also has four adult children from previous relationships.
