“Major Military Officer Transfers in Jakarta: Major General Izak Pangemanan appointed Pangdam XVII/Cenderawasih”

TNI Commander Admiral Yudo Margono transferred a number of high and middle officers. Now, Major General Izak Pangemanan served as Pangdam XVII/Cenderawasih replacing Major General Saleh Mustafa.

“That’s true,” said Rear Admiral Julius Widjojono, Head of the Indonesian National Armed Forces Headquarters detikcom, Wednesday (3/5/2023). Julius confirmed that there had been a transfer of the TNI, one of which was Major General Izak serving as Regional Military Commander XVII/Cenderawasih.

This decision was stated in the Decree of the TNI Commander number Kep/426/IV/2023. Later the position left by Izak will be filled by First Marshal Budhi Achmadi. Budhi was previously Deputy Commander of the Indonesian Armed Forces.

It is known that Izak was previously the Kas Regional Military Command III. Apart from that, Izak also served as Danrem 172/Praja Wira Yudha and Kasdam II/Sriwijaya.

Meanwhile, Saleh Mustafa was transferred as Pa Sahli Tk.III KSAD Bid Sosbudkum HAM and Drugs. Until now, Julius has not provided a list of official mutations.

Apart from Izak, there were other positions that were replaced. Starting from Rear Admiral Rachmad Jayadi to become Pangko Armada III replacing Rear Admiral Agus Hariadi. Then Agus will be transferred as a special staff of the KSAL.

Then Marsma Indan Gilang, who served as Kadispen AU, will be replaced by Colonel PnB Agung Sasongkojati. Indan now serves as a special staff of the KSAU.
