The test plan lasted for one month and visited many places in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, and conducted a total of 48 internet speed tests. I hope to bring you comprehensive and complete test results. This test report can provide practical reference for consumers who intend to choose 3HK’s full-speed 4G launch plan, purchase DIY prepaid cards, and upgrade to SoSIM full-speed service. Thanks to Dr Kwok for providing 3hk 4.5G full speed SIM card and assisting in testing.

observation and analysis
The average download speed of this speed test program is 38.61Mbps, coincidentally close to the average value of the previous SoSIM test (up to 42Mbps), and the average upload speed is 9.52Mbps. About 30% (14 times) of the test download speed is less than 10Mbps, which shows that the speed of the full-speed SIM card is not as good as it should be.
Man hopes to clarify a common misunderstanding from the above speed test results. Many people think that the 4G full-speed monthly fee plan and full-speed prepaid card are equivalent to high-speed guarantees, which must be higher than 42Mbps. In fact, the so-called full speed only means that there is no network speed limit, and the usual 42Mbps and 21Mbps refer to the maximum download speed limit. Influenced by various factors, it just explains why the download speed of some test results is only below 10Mbps.
Among the 48 tests, only 18 times the download speed exceeds 42Mbps. I hope this test can let everyone understand the true meaning of full speed, and at the same time think about the actual difference between full speed and 42Mbps speed limit.
