Description

The Intercommunal Hospital Center of Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, forms with the Hospitals of Moyenmoutier, Fraize, Gérardmer, Foucharupt and the EHPAD les Charmes the Hospitals of the Massif des Vosges (HMV) since January 1, 2022, thus creating a framework common to all of their medical, surgical and obstetrical activities, as well as all of their reception and medico-social care activities.

We are looking on the Gérardmer Hospital site for a doctor in SSR – Full time

LHOPITAL CLAUDIUS REGAUD A GERARDMER :
18 medical beds
30 Aftercare and Rehabilitation beds, including 4 identified palliative care beds (LISP)
Local Perinatal Center
Home hospitalization with 50 places
Unscheduled Care Service open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
SMUR antenna open every day from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Imaging tray
Annexes from PUI multisite
EHPAD Léa André: 114 beds including 4 temporary accommodation beds
USLD 25 lits
26-seat SSIAD
Day reception with 6 places

Missions :
– management of an SSR with 30 beds spread over 2 floors
– manage admissions on “trajectory”
– use the computerized medical file “HM”
– ensure the follow-up of the patients of the service
– be the driving force behind weekly multidisciplinary summary meetings (one per floor)
– advise and build the discharge plan in consultation with the patient and/or the referent and the social worker
– take care of patients in palliative care (4 beds identified) supported by the EMSP
– participate in the weekly staff of the medical service
– participate in the ongoing care of patients in the hospital center by on-call duty (medicine, SSR, USLD)
