A driver from Plovdiv, who was stopped for inspection because his car swerved, explained to the police that he was a descendant of the Egyptian god Amon Ra, an employee of the British MI-5 services and under the patronage of the English Queen Elizabeth II, whom he called “Grandma Ellie”. This happened on June 3, 2021, when she was still alive.
These statements were made quite incoherently, the driver generally behaved inappropriately and was tested for drugs. After that, the uniform claims that the results were positive for opiates, but the test was never included in the investigation materials, and he refused to give a blood sample, writes “24 Chasa”.
He was eventually brought to court on a drug-driving charge, but was acquitted by both district and county magistrates because the test was missing and the police officers’ statements about the drugs he tested positive for were inconsistent. The decision of the District Court is final.
