Skoda does not hide the fact that an affordable electric car was created to compete with Tesla. According to the company’s director of sales and marketing, Martin Jahn, Skoda’s electric car was the answer to the Tesla Model Y’s cost reduction.
The new Skoda Enyaq iV 2023 received a 148 hp engine. With. and a smaller battery with a capacity of 52 kWh. It accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 11.3 seconds and has a WLTP range of 365 km. It is possible to charge an electric Skoda car by 80% in fast mode in 36 minutes.
Visually, the new Skoda Enyaq iV 50 is no different from the more expensive versions and even retained 19-inch wheels. The equipment is also not poor – it includes a 13-inch touch screen, satellite navigation, parking sensors, a rear-view camera and a branded umbrella in a special compartment in the door.
