The critical cases consultant pointed to the ease of diagnosing these diseases in patients with potassium deficiency, by conducting an electrocardiogram.

Ghazi explained that the recommended daily dose of potassium ranges between 2 and 4 milligrams, unless the person has low blood pressure or a kidney problem.
At the end of his speech, he recommended following the following instructions to treat hypokalemia:
Eat foods rich in potassium, such as bananas, oranges, vegetables, nuts, fruits, legumes, whole grains, and meat.
See your doctor if hypokalemia is caused by taking certain medications, such as diuretics, to determine safe alternatives.
