New LEGO May the 4th Event and Innovations in May

Tonight it’s that time again and a colorful mix of LEGO innovations will appear. The LEGO Technic Peugeot 9X8, Ariel’s royal shell, Disney collectible figures and lots of new LEGO Star Wars sets, such as the UCS X-Wing, are all included. All Star Wars fans can also look forward to the start of this year’s May the 4th event, which promises plenty of GWPs and offers. While the event should start as early as 12:00 a.m., we expect the sets to unlock around 1:00 a.m.

LEGO May the 4th Event

The LEGO May the 4th event will take place from May 1st to 7th this year. To celebrate the official Star Wars Day, there are three GWPs in the LEGO online shop and in the stores that you can get with your LEGO Star Wars purchases.

• 30654 X-Wing Polybag with all LEGO Star Wars purchases from 40 euros
• 5007840 Return of the Jedi – 40th Anniversary Collector’s Item with all LEGO Star Wars purchases from 85 euros
• 40591 Death Star II with all LEGO Star Wars purchases from 150 euros
• Double VIP points on all LEGO Star Wars purchases

LEGO Disney novelties

May is dedicated to Ariel at LEGO Disney. A play set for children and a collector’s set for adults will be released to go with the new film.

All younger LEGO fans can look forward to two new LEGO Duplo products in May.

LEGO Ideas novelties

Officially, LEGO Ideas 21340 Space Age Tales will not be released until May 8th, but VIP access to the set will start on May 5th. For the time being, it will be sold exclusively directly from LEGO.
