Replacing Telepass: How UnipolMove and MooneyGo Could Take Over

It seems like an idea from recent years, yet Telepass has more than thirty: here’s how it could be replaced soon.

The car passes without having to give money to the toll collector and wait for the latter to activate the mechanism that raises the barrier. Goodbye Telepass: last minute absurd

Naturally, between permits and the desire to differentiate itself from the competition in something, UnipolMove has some differences to present with the now over thirty-year-old electronic toll company. For example, with Telepass we will pay: electronic tolls, discounted parking, entrances to Area C of Milan, ferries from/to Messina Caronte and Tourist. The functions instead of the novelty present: electronic tolls, blue lines and affiliated parking, road tax, PagoPA and other payments, refueling and Area C of Milan.

All this, with a fee to be paid of one euro a month for Unipol. By paying an additional 50 cents, you can also request an additional device but which is always linked to the same license plate, to be changed for free if you wish. Not only is this novelty cheaper than the choice of Telepass, but it also presents, as it was easy to imagine, special offers for those who should be UnipolSai customers. Furthermore, the real novelty of the new device that competes with Telepass is that it will be possible to activate the service called pay-per-use. In other words, the possibility of triggering the monthly fee only on the first passage through a toll booth and freezing it for an entire month if one does not use the motorway again during that time. Finally, there are three possibilities for joining the UnipolMove offer and it is not only for those who are already customers of the company.

It’s called Mooney, the alternative of Enel and Intesa Sanpaolo. The payment of tolls is part of the MooneyGo offer.
