In another match that had already been completed, Japanese women’s doubles Yuki Fukushima/Sayaka Hirota won 21-18, 21-15 over the Thai pair Jongkolphan Kititharakul/Rawinda Prajongjai to advance to the final.

Meanwhile, seventh seed Loh Kean Yew has also confirmed the ticket to the top party. Singapore’s men’s singles won 21-19, 21-15 against Lu Guang Zu from China.

In the mixed doubles, the first seeds Zheng Si Wei/HUang Ya Qiong who were the first seeds advanced to the final thanks to a 21-11, 21-13 victory over the eighth seeds from Malaysia, Goh Soon Huat/Lai Shevon Jemie.
