The new tennis arena, which will start providing its first services this summer, has been given the name “Mano bankas”.A new sports complex is being built in Ginduliai, Arimų st. 3.
The sports complex, which will accommodate 4 tennis courts, will not only provide tennis training and training services, but will also create a selection of sports and medical services for the whole family. 3.6 thousand sq. m. a physical therapy center, a sporting goods store, saunas, a cafe and other service companies will also be located in the general area building. The opening of the entire sports complex is planned for the beginning of September. At one time, “Mano bankas” will be able to visit more than 200 visitors who do sports and use other services.
There is a 48-space parking lot for those arriving in their own cars – 8 places will be equipped with charging sockets for electric cars, as well as places for storing bicycles. In order to at least partially provide the sports complex with its own energy source, a solar panel power plant will be installed on the roof of the building.
When choosing a place for the tennis arena, a lot of attention was paid to convenient access – the sports complex is 3 km from the center of Klaipėda, it is easy to reach from both the southern and northern parts of the port city, as well as from Palanga. In order to provide seaside residents and guests with the most convenient opportunities to reach the new sports complex, the Klaipėda District Municipality plans to extend the public transport route all the way to the “Mano bankas” arena.

A total of 4 tennis courts are planned in the arena, the total area of which will reach 2400 m2. The family restaurant “Sotus vilkas” will operate in the complex, a specialized sports goods store will be located, a gym and a functional space for group training will be installed, where sports dance and other group classes will be held. A physical therapy clinic will be located in the sports complex for physical rehabilitation, and after training, athletes will be able to relax in a sauna with a cozy antechamber and a terrace. At one time, “Mano bankas” will be able to visit more than 200 visitors who do sports and use other services.
“At the seaside, we feel a great need of the population for the services of a modern sports complex. In the future, we plan to expand it further and the number of visitors will increase. In the next stage of development, we plan to install more sports fields and premises for other purposes, and the total area of the “Mano bankas” arena will grow to 7,000 m2, – says Ramunė Rybakienė, director of the “Mano bankas” arena. – But first of all, we think about the quality of services, cleanliness and comfort – we plan to create the most modern and cozy sports infrastructure in Western Lithuania, we pay a lot of attention to the quality of materials, cozy interior and natural materials.”
When creating the interior of the sports complex, priority is given to Lithuanian wood and stone. For the first time in Lithuania, a 1600 mm high Swiss carpet was chosen for the equipment of the tennis courts, which stands out for its quality and durability, and which gives athletes the opportunity to play sports and play especially comfortably.
