It took work, hours and hours of rehearsals under the direction of Claude Maillot Bagnard for the troupe of Rutabaga Compagny to be able to present themselves on the stage of the Embarcadère in Montceau-les-Mines on Friday evening in front of a room almost full.
It is a double satisfaction since the benefits of the evening will feed the fund of Rotary which will be used to lead actions in favor of autism.
For nearly two hours, the public followed the wanderings of tourists to discover Paris, the Paris we love, the one that makes couples waltz, sing Yves Montant and Joséphine Baker. Paris will always be Paris.
Even if it means taking a big step, jumping into the lair of musicals, you might as well go straight to Broadway and meet the characters of Les Misérables by Victor Hugo then let yourself be carried away to the tunes of Mary Poppins, Chorus Line, America, Tea for Two and Hair.
Wonderful evening.
