Dublin property developer Greg Kavanagh has taken legal action against Anne O’Neill and Ballycrag Developments Limited, seeking orders to restrain the sale of a derelict property in Clonskeagh, Co Dublin, worth more than €2 million. The property, called Wynnstay House, is earmarked for residential development, and Kavanagh claims to have an agreement in place allowing his company, Greg Kavanagh Dev Co Ltd, to purchase it from Ballycrag, which is in receivership. Kavanagh alleges that the agreement is being reneged on, and others have placed the property on the market for €2.25 million. Kavanagh and his company are seeking an injunction against the defendants and calling for specific performance of the alleged settlement agreement.
