“Double Armed Robberies Shake Best: Police Search for Perpetrators”

In less than 45 minutes, armed robberies were committed at two shops in Best this evening. Around a quarter past eight it hit the Kruidvat branch on Wilhelminaplein. Before nine o’clock, the police reported a robbery at the PLUS branch on the Reindierhei. It is not clear whether it is the same perpetrator.

According to a Burgernet report, the Kruidvat was attacked by a man of at least fifty and he had a weapon with him. He was wearing a blue hooded jacket and cap and fled on foot. The police advise people who see him not to take any action in his direction, but to call 112.

The PLUS branch was attacked by a man wearing a black jacket, black trousers, a cap and black and white sneakers. He is light-skinned and fled on a bicycle after the robbery. In this case, too, the police advises to call 112.
