“Microsoft’s Purchase of Activision-Blizzard Approved in Ukraine: Latest Country to Give Green Light”

They may have more important matters to attend to, but in Ukraine it was approvedMicrosoft’s purchase of Activision-Blizzard. This makes it the seventh country to approve the largest and most important purchase in the history of the video game industry.

After the setback suffered by Microsoft due to the blockade of the British CMA to finalize the purchase of Activision-Blizzard, Microsoft received the approval of a new European country. So declared the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine. Given this, the CCO of Activision-Blizzard, Lulu Cheng Meserveythanked the Ukrainian authorities for looking favorably on the transaction.

In fact, recently, Microsoft managed to advance and position itself in first place in sales in the country, which shows the impact and the increase in the level of Xbox penetration in the region.
