Logan Paul’s 2021 WWE debut was one for the books, but the highlight of his career is becoming immortalized in his own Mattel WWE Ultimate collection action figure. Unlike the company’s Basic or Elite collections, the Ultimate line is the most detailed and articulated range of toys WWE has to offer. Creating Paul’s Ultimate figure was anything but simple, with the design team using a 3D virtual studio to ensure every detail was captured. Mattel’s 3D printers were used to print the earliest prototypes, ensuring all the features were just right. Through this long and involved process of scanning, rendering, printing, designing, testing, and tweaking, Mattel can now produce the most detailed and lifelike WWE figures of all time. Logan Paul’s Ultimate collection figure is expected to be released in the third quarter of 2022 and, without this technology, a toy this detailed would have taken much longer to create. With the technology is expected to get even better, the future of action figures is looking bright.
