“Renovassistance and AM Expert Construct team up for another successful renovation project”

In this case, the house is located at 48 avenue Eekhoud in Schaerbeek and neighbors another house already renovated in 2013 by Renovassistance. The architecture office LOW-A, which worked on the twin house, has therefore optimized the layout of the spaces and redesigned the lighting of the rooms in the rear annex. To ultimately offer three modern and well-equipped accommodations: two one-bedroom apartments and a three-bedroom duplex on the top floor and in the attic.

Effective collaboration

“The quality renovation meets the most recent compliance requirements in terms of safety, insulation, comfort”adds Renovassistance, who thanks the volunteers of the non-profit organization “which call on experienced contractors in the renovation of old buildings”. This fourth achievement was thus carried out by the company AM Expert Construct.

It should be noted that these operations are partly financed by the owners, partly by various regional bonuses and by the own funds of the non-profit organization which receives loans from many people wishing to participate in these actions with a social purpose. The rents, modest of course, are used to reimburse the financial contribution of the ASBL.

This specifies that it is supported in these operations by the Pro Renovassistance Foundation. “which, thanks to its financial support, guarantees private loans and investments in works”.

The non-profit organization now has 137 apartments in 45 buildings that it has renovated over almost 35 years of existence.
