Microsoft’s AI art and visual designer tool, Microsoft Designer, is now available to the general public, offering intelligent features including AI-generated captions and hashtags, new image formatting for social media, and AI-powered editing tools. The tool generates an image from a description or event, allowing users to work on the text and create the final design. The end result can be matched with up to 20 different social media formats, and AI can even generate captions and hashtags to make images more discoverable. Microsoft Designer allows direct posting of images to social media feeds and is free, with premium features that will be available as part of a Microsoft 365 subscription.
