“Burgas Sex Maniac Charged with Attempted Rape and Compulsive Behavior”

The 27-year-old sex maniac Lubomir S., who in September of last year was filmed by a security camera masturbating in the Burgas housing complex. “Vazrazhdane”, and right next to “Zlatno klyche” kindergarten, was brought before the court today, but on charges of fornication – attempted rape and compulsive need for uncontrolled sexual relations, “Flagman” writes.

In just a few months, the man attacked and tried to rape two girls from Burgas, using force to satisfy his sexual desires.

The first case is from 14.08.2022. Then, on “Patriarch Euthymius” Street, Lubomir, in order to arouse and satisfy sexual desire, without intercourse, forcibly pulled into his arms an unknown beautiful girl whom he happened to meet on the street. She tried to resist, but was unable to break away from the attacker and he punched her in the face.

The fight between the two continued, until finally the victim still managed to escape and thanks to this, rape did not happen.

The second attack is identical. On 20/04/2023, while the 27-year-old man was walking along St. Kliment Ohridski” in the village “Revival”, again he noticed a young woman who immediately aroused in him a desire for sex. He approached her unnoticed, stalked her in the back, grabbed her by the waist and squeezed the back of her left thigh, this time even shouting in her ear: “Now I’m going to rape you!”.

And this time the sex maniac used force and groped the girl all over her body.

It is not clear whether Lubomir suffers from any mental illness. Since these are particularly traumatic cases for the victims, the remand was considered behind closed doors.

“Both charges are for lewd acts in the aggregate. He has been charged with crimes under the Penal Code, which are punishable by imprisonment for a period of two to eight years,” said prosecutor Veronika Nikolova.

The court imposed on him the most severe measure of remand – “detention in custody”, because the evidence collected gave grounds to make a “reasonable assumption” that he had committed the crime he was accused of. The current court considered that there is also a real danger that Lubomir S. will go into hiding if he is not sent to custody. He had a permanent address, but was in a populated place other than Burgas and could run away and hide.

Lubomir has been declared a national wanted person and in other pre-trial proceedings, which shows that he is a person of high public danger.

At the end of September 2022, brutal footage emerged of how the 27-year-old Burgazlia satisfied himself around the columns of an apartment block, right next to a kindergarten. Then Lubomir S. went around the cars and scratched them with a key, drawing genitals and writing obscene words on their paint.
