NEW YORK — Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is en route to New York on Wednesday, where experts expect to hear more about Canada’s plans for critical minerals.

The Prime Minister will also address the influential US Council on Foreign Relations, where observers expect to hear how Canada will benefit from President Joe Biden’s visit to Ottawa last month.
