1. To make his porridge maker three floors, Anthony Delgado, cultivation manager at Château de Respide, in Langon, in Gironde, began by recovering a tank in fiberglass of 300 liters, as well as a pump. He also reused unused grates and hollow tubes on the estate.
2. He then bought two pipes in rigid plastic, an elbow and two three-way valves, for around 300 euros. He drilled the tank to install the first acquired three-way valve, then the pipes leading to the pump. The second valve fills the sprayer.
3. The culture manager has made a metal frame with three floors. The lower one, which measures 1.10 m long and 77.5 cm wide, receives the pump. The hollow square tubes of the length are 4 cm on the side while on the width they measure 3.5 cm. Four wheels 11 cm in diameter are welded to it, at the four corners.
4. Anthony Delgado then designed an intermediate floor, which supports the tank. It consists of four square hollow tubes (83 cm long and 77.5 cm wide) on which are welded two grids 83 cm long and 31 cm wide.
5. The top floor is intended to receive the bags of pesticidesin order to facilitate their emptying into the tank.
It consists of a grid 55 cm long by 72 cm wide. The latter is also supported on the tank via a small metal beam. The platform is connected to the floor below by two hollow square tubes of 3 cm sides, arranged vertically.
On each, a small segment 18 cm high is welded to a longer one, arranged at an angle, and measuring 91 cm long. In the middle, a hollow circle 2 cm in diameter connects the two arms.
Up front, the crop manager has also created a framework to handle the chariot. It also receives a hook to store the thread of the pumpwhile a second accommodates the remote control.
