Disitat from Greatbiker, Wednesday (26/4), the new Yamaha Neo 125 looks really similar to the Soul GT which was officially euthanized last year in Indonesia. This vehicle has large dimensions with broken accents in almost all parts.

Not only the Soul GT in Indonesia, the design of the new Yamaha Neo 125 also resembles the Mio Soul i125 in the Philippines, Ego Avantiz in Malaysia and the GT125 in Thailand. It’s just that, there are a number of details that make everything look a little different, especially in the striping, color and turn signal.

The new Yamaha Neo 125 comes with features and technology that seem like they are. The vehicle is not equipped with a digital instrument panel, a smart keyless system, or a cellphone charging socket. Everything is completely conventional and far from sophisticated.

The scooter which is suitable for daily use uses a single cylinder 125cc BlueCore engine with an air conditioning system. This provision allows the vehicle to produce a maximum power of 9.8 hp and a peak torque of 9.8 Nm.

The new Yamaha Neo 125 has now started to be marketed in Brazil through three color choices, namely blue, black and gray. Although the features and specifications are not too special, the motorbike is priced at 11,990 reals in Brazil or the equivalent of Rp. 35 million.

This nominal is certainly expensive for the size of an entry-level scooter. Because, before being euthanized last year, the Soul GT, which became the twin of the Neo 125, was only sold for IDR 17 million in Indonesia.
