A total of three luxury houses in the elite area of Nassim Road Singapore has been bought by a rich family in Indonesia. It is estimated that the price of the three luxury homes is US$ 155 million or Rp. 2.27 trillion (exchange rate of Rp. 14,700).
This was revealed from the property intelligence report of Mingtiandi Singapore. On its official website, Mingtiandi uploaded an article entitled ‘Indonesian Family Buys a Bungalow on Jalan Nassim Singapore for US$ 155 Million’ on April 19, 2023.
It is said that the Indonesian family who bought the mansion wanted to rebuild the bungalow there for their own use.
“Cuscaden Peak Investments, supported by Temasek Holdings, has sold three large houses on Singapore’s Nassim Road for US$ 155 million. According to company representatives, market sources identify buyers to Mingtiandi as wealthy Indonesian families,” wrote the report on Mingtiandi’s official website, quoted Tuesday (25 /4/2023).
The two-storey bungalows being sold are numbered 42, 42A and 42B Nassim Road in District 10 with a size of 1,406 square meters. Despite being lower than the initial bid, the final sale price for the luxury home has become a new record high for elite property purchases.
Nassim Road is one of the elite settlements in Singapore with several famous names living there. Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin is reported to have purchased an 84,500 square foot mansion on Nassim Road in 2019.
