DFB Order Form for People With Disabilities: Information and Instructions for Wheelchair Users, Visually Impaired, and the Hard of Hearing.

Please download the form and send it to ticket-service@dfb-events.de using the link integrated in the form. In addition to the completed order form, a copy of the severely disabled person’s pass is also required. You can attach this copy to the e-mail.

Persons with a degree of disability from 50% can purchase discounted tickets (this applies to ALL areas of the stadium). If an accompanying person (B) is entered in the severely disabled pass, this person also pays the reduced admission price. Please bring your severely disabled pass with you on the day of the match. There will be a check at the entrance.

Our colleagues in the call center will also be happy to help you easily accessible places in the stadium (Easy Access seats), these seats are on the north straight.

Toilets: Sanitary facilities with disabled facilities are located in the entrance area of ​​gate 3. These are open all the time.

Special service: In the entrance area of ​​Gate 3 there is a room with a lounger and additional spare wheelchairs.

Catering: There is a mobile sales service for fans with disabilities. The service staff takes the orders for food and drinks directly at the respective seat. These are then delivered to the seat.

Parking: There are 100 parking spaces available on P4. When ordering your ticket, please indicate whether you need a parking permit. A corresponding parking permit will then be sent to you with the tickets. Short-term inquiries may no longer be served. From the car park it is 200 meters to the stadium, Gate 3 is on the left. The way there is barrier-free.

Directions:

Out of West East: A1 exit Bremen-Hemelingen in the direction of the center / follow Pfalzburgerstraße to the end, turn left into Malerstraße / after 200 meters turn right onto Hastedter Osterdeich / turn left at the third traffic light and exit to the P4 car park

Out of North South: A27 to Kreuz Bremen / onto the A1 / from there as described above.

Arriving by public transport:

Train lines to the stadium: From the main train station, take tram line 10 in the direction of Sebaldsbrück to the “Sankt-Jürgen-Straße” stop. From there you can either change to tram line 3 in the direction of the Weserwehr to the “Weserstadion” stop or walk to the stadium.

According to plan, only low-floor trams with lifting platforms operate.

Way from the bus stop to the stadium: From the station “Weserstadion” you have to follow the Peterswerder on the right through the tunnel (cobblestones). Then walk left along the stadium to the Gate 3 entrance.

You can also get off at the station “Sankt-Jürgen-Straße” (one station before “Weserstadion”). Then follow the road straight ahead to the “Weserstadion” station; from there as described above.
