“Hyundai Ioniq 6 Electric Car Launches in Jakarta, Indonesia: Pricing, Features, and More”

No Hyundai Ioniq 6 already registered in Indonesia. It is known that Hyundai’s newest electric car already has a Motor Vehicle Sales Value (NJKB).

Judging from the NJKB website of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Regional Revenue Agency (BPBD), the Hyundai Ioniq 6 has started to be registered. The name registered at NJKB is IONIQ 6 EV 4X4 AT.

From that list, the Hyundai Ioniq 6 has a selling price of IDR 696,000,000. As a comparison, the Hyundai Ioniq 5 Prime has a NJKB of IDR 488 million and is sold on the road for IDR 748 million.

For your information, the Selling Value of Motorized Vehicles here is not a benchmark for the car’s on the road price. This NJKB does not include taxes such as transfer fees to motor vehicle taxes. For on the road prices, of course, it will be higher than the listed selling price.

PT Hyundai Motor Indonesia or HMID has landed and exhibited the Hyundai IONIQ 6 at Senayan Park (Spark), Central Jakarta. In fact, Hyundai claims that the electric vehicle has attracted a lot of visitors.

Chief Operating Officer of PT Hyundai Motors Indonesia Makmur said there were many visitors who were interested in the Hyundai IONIQ 6. He claimed that there were already consumers who had pre-ordered the futuristic vehicle.

HMID only displayed one unit of the black Hyundai IONIQ 6 at the Hyundai Motor Studio (HMS) which is located in Senayan Park, Central Jakarta. The electric sedan is said to have been imported directly from its home country in South Korea. Hence, the position of the steering wheel is still on the left.

The Hyundai IONIQ 6 itself is built from the same framework as the IONIQ 5, namely E-GMP. The vehicle comes with a distinctive electric sedan design inspired by the Hyundai Prophecy Concept.

IONIQ 6 uses an all-wheel drive system, aka all-wheel-drive (AWD). The battery has a capacity of 77.4 kWh combined with a dual motor drive that produces 320 horsepower and 605 Nm of torque. While the distance is around 600 kilometers.
