Exploring the Exosphere: The Outermost Layer of Earth’s Atmosphere

The atmosphere is the atmosphere is a mixture of several gas layers that surround the earth, with the main gas content being nitrogen and oxygen. The atmosphere is bound to the earth due to the force of gravity, which one of its functions is to protect the earth from ultraviolet (UV) radiation.

The exosphere is one of the five layers of the atmosphere, which is the furthest from Earth. The exosphere is the outermost layer of the Earth’s atmosphere and is directly adjacent to outer space. The exosphere can expand and contract when it comes into contact with solar storms.
