The beach next to Solnitsi in Burgas, entered in the registers as “Sarafovo-south”which was used for wild camping, there will be a tenant this summer showed a check on Flagman.bg.
The Ministry of Tourism held a tender for the lease of the strip for five years and selected a winner – “Tido 13” EOOD of Atanas Zelev Zelev. The company’s address is registered in block 18 in “Zornitsa” residential area.
There was also another participant in the procedure, “M and P Management” EOOD of Ivan Pachev, who has been managing the neighboring beach – Sarafovo North for several years. However, his offer was significantly lower than that of the competing company – BGN 15,000 per year against BGN 34,000 of the winning company.
If “Tido 13” EOOD withdraws from the winning tender and does not sign a contract within 14 days, the beach will be offered to the second participant – “M and P Management” EOOD.
An interesting fact is that both participants bid high prices for an umbrella and a sunbed – 30 BGN each or 90 BGN in total for the set, which will end the free shade. Tthis is of course a maximum price and it is not clear whether it will be applied from the first season.
“Sarafovo South” has an area of 11,278 sq.m.
In the last two or three years, the strip has become a camping area, and dozens of caravans and campers used to park on the lane itself. Whether this model will be preserved will become clear very soon.
We remind you that in 2018 the beach was leased by Burgas businessman Petko Stamboliev, who however gave up on the first year after he was unable to find a good solution for the beach.
