Father and friend raped 15-year-old boy with intellectual disability

For allegedly raping a 15-year-old adolescent, who suffers from a moderate degree of intellectual disability, two men were detained by Poliguaicaipuro officials at El Savil residences in Los Teques.

One of the apprehended is the father of the victim, 36, whose name has not yet been revealed and the other is Yhonjairo Ruiz (43).

Apparently, the minor and her father began to live alone in an apartment in tower D, after her paternal grandparents passed away. Approximately a year ago, neighbors began to see how people outside the family entered the property.

Locals also told Diario Avance that several men lived there who sold cigars in the streets of Los Teques and the Vencedores de La Hoyada Market.

On the afternoon of Tuesday, April 18, residents of the building alerted Poliguaicaipuro about the irregular situation that was taking place in the apartment. About 10 uniformed officers arrived at the scene, approached the young woman who confessed that she was abused by her own father and her friend, it was at that moment that both subjects were arrested.

According to the municipal police, Yhonjairo Ruiz has five police records for trade in narcotic and psychotropic substances (2011), domestic violence (2016), lewd acts (2019), illegal possession of a firearm (2019) and indecent outrage public or prostitution (2021).

Likewise, the adolescent’s parent has an open file from 2007 for the crime of generic robbery. The case was brought to the order of the Twelfth Prosecutor of the Public Ministry.
